Watercolor Paintings 2023
This 2023 collection of watercolor paintings was started in the early months of the year. I had just finished illustrating four children’s books and decided I wanted to explore more painterly images. You will see a variety of new styles being explored in this series. Some are very loose and gestural, and others are more detailed and exacting in composition. I am experimenting more in mixing color pigments and testing different painting methods.
